We used the Henry Premier no VOC latex foundation coating; thanks to Louise at Quality Hardware for locating a "green" product for us.
  |    As per code, perforated 4" drainage pipe was installed around the perimeter of the house, then covered with rosin paper and stone. The pipe drains to daylight in the south portion of the lot. |
