The south facing roof was completed on Saturday, November 8th. We selected a lifetime warranty CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingle from our supplier, Erie Materials. The shingles were installed over 2 courses of Grace ice and water barrier and 30# felt paper.  After the walls, porches, and gables were secured, sheathing the roofs with 5/8" tongue and groove Advantech began during the week of October 27. Working in between rainy days and wind, the sheathing was completed on November 5, the day the shingles were delivered.
